Yes it is. Big Mountain Heli Tours chose to make all flights private. Some helicopter companies treat their clients as numbers mixing and matching guests on each flight. We want your flight and your Central Oregon heli adventures to be memorable and unique. When you book your flight in any of our aircraft you choose who flies up to the aircraft max guest number and weight limit. This is your helicopter and pilot, enjoy!

Big Mountain Heli Tours prides itself in being the only local helicopter excursion company in Central Oregon. Our guests are treated to a locals eye view of the stunning Cascades Ranges, lakes, rivers and secret locations here in Central Oregon that can only be seen by helicopter. You will be met at our Bend Airport location front desk by your pilot and your adventure begins from there. The seating arrangement is determined by the pilot based on the passengers’ weights. Big Mountain Heli Tours is located at the Bend Airport, just 20 minutes from the city. This is your flight, please ask us in advance if there’s anything special we can do for you, or if your pilot can help you in any way.
Big Mountain Heli Tours suggests you bring your smartphones and cameras to record your flight. You can always ask your pilot to circle back (as safety allows) to capture all that Central Oregon has to offer. Our helicopters are not equipped with an exterior camera as some operations are. We believe in a single pricing option for our guests and do not believe in up selling images and video to our guests. If requested we can have a professional photographer join you on your flight. Let us know what you need in advance and we’ll make it happen.
